These precious humans chose me to be their mumma bear on their earth bound journey, how blessed am I.
They have been my biggest teachers, inspiration and guides on my journey to date. Not affraid to speak their truth and call me out on my own bs.
They both stand for all the principles of REAL heART on every level. Breaking belief systems that do not align with them, living a life aligned in mind, body soul, following their hearts, breaking barriers, releasing trapped emotions and stepping out of their comfort zones to live life to the fullest.
These two precious souls have been through more than the average person experiences in a life time. However they realize that was the cards of life they were dealt. They seen the nuggets of gold, learnt the lessons and continue to move forward each day. This makes my heART sing especially for a 17 and 22 year old. To grasp these tools at a young age is inspirational and empowering.
Empower your children to follow their dreams, question things, stand up for what they believe in, face their fears, to lift others up, when judging others they are judging themselves, material things do not buy happiness, travel fuels the soul, step into the unknown, live in the present moment, keep striving to be the best version of themselves possible.
This is their journey, we as parents hold their hands for just a little while but their hearts forever.
They are both blessed to have their angel walk their earthbound journey with them and are awakened to seeing the signs of their angel.
The best gift you can give your children is put the phones away, turn the television off and sit and communicate with them on the deepest level. Listen to understand, not reply.
Encourage them on every level to follow their own path not the crowd, teach them that their best friend in the world is themselves, empower them to believe in themselves and love themselves unconditionally and encourage them to call you out on your bs.
This photo was taken in Johnson’s Canyon Banff while visiting Stu in Canada. These precious souls both live on opposites sides of the world however the bond they share as brother and sister is beyond special.
Embrace the little things as one day you will truly realize they were the big things.
