Healing Your Body

To arrive home and find this sitting on my bench was so exciting. Nourishing our bodies with good whole foods everyday is so important. For me now on my healing journey it is extra important that I nourish my body with wholefoods so I can get back to doing what I love.
Wholefoods are important for our gut health, mental health and everyday well-being.
In todays world I see so many people struggling with mental health, auto immune disease and many other health issues and they believe medication is the answer. Good wholefoods have the power to heal.
I have a dear friend on the coast who completely healed insulin dependent diabetes completely through changing his diet with wholefoods. A beautiful friend that healed her throat issues and cancelled her throat surgery due to wholefoods and dealing with her trapped emotions.
Step out of the box, start asking questions, do the research, ancient wisdom, herbs, wholefoods have amazing healing powers and God put them on this earth for a reason.
Next time you are out shopping stop and think twice at what you are putting in your trolly. Educate yourself and your kids on the power of wholefoods.
